IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Magic Performers will be required to purchase a costume shirt for their performance in the Magic Gala.  Magic Performers will be responsible to supply additional costume items for their performance in the Magic Gala.  Please see below for more costume information:

Women’s Costume Fee: $35.00 (non-refundable)
Women’s Additional Costume Items: Black shorts (must be able to dance in) and black jazz shoes.

Men’s Costume Fee: $35.00 (non-refundable)
Men’s Additional Costume Items: Black pants (must be able to dance in) and black jazz shoes.

Below is a list of items you will need to submit via email to shannon@ladancemagic.com by June 1st, 2019 if you plan on participating in the Magic Performer of the Year program at LADM National Finals 2019.

• Copy of your Magic Performer of the Weekend or Runner Up Certificate
• Copy of your most recent report card (current term not required)
• Written recommendation from your dance teacher
• Color headshot (minimum size 5×7)
• Magic Performer’s attending National Finals 2019 must still register for competition and convention through our online registration system.

All Magic Performers must check in on Tuesday, July 16th, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Orange County at 6:00pm for a meeting, short rehearsal, and video interviews.  Magic Performers will rehearse daily
July 17-21st.  Rehearsal schedules will be available at least one week prior to the event.

Magic Performers will perform in the LA DanceMagic Magic Gala on July 21st, Magic Performers of the Year will be awarded during this gala.  Any Magic Performers or attending family/friends that would like to attend the Magic Gala must purchase a ticket online when they become available.  Magic Performers are not required to purchase a Magic Gala; only people with tickets will be allowed into the ballroom.  The Magic Gala will take place on the evening of July 21st, we do not recommend dancers planning departures on the night of July 21st.
