- Registration cut off: 6/24/19.
- A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of submission to reserve your spot.
- Bus Tickets are not included. If you want to include a bus ticket for transportation to the show, add it during checkout. Bus Tickets are non-refundable.
- Payments are due in full by 6/26/19.

- $975.00 Registration Fee plus $30.00 Finale Costume Fee paid in full now by credit card.
- $250 Non-Refundable Registration Deposit Fee* paid now by credit card. Balance must be paid in full by June 26, 2019 (by check or credit card) or your spot will be released.
PAPERWORK & FORMS:
- Please download the following information & forms. All forms must be received no later than June 26, 2019. A copy of your dancer’s insurance card front & back must also be returned with your forms.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you will be using a scholarship for Final Cut, please select the Minimum Deposit payment option when completing your submission – do not pay your full balance now as your scholarship has not been applied.
